 Who Dat consulting • construction currently has two distinct divisions based on strategic partnerships with industry leaders. Our government contracting division serves our men and women on active duty and veterans throughout the country through various entities of the United States federal, state and local governments and is our main focus. Through our owner's representation/construction administration (O R C A) division, it is our job to provide our clients with the very best quality of representation to ensure their interests are kept at the heart of every part of their project. Too often in the construction industry, the owner of a project is left to fend for himself against general contractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, vendors, and many other entities which are involved in construction every day. From their initial concept to the completed close-out, we are able to provide the owner with the tools and resources necessary to successfully complete their project so it can be built on their terms.
